The sun was setting by the time Gamzee reaced the clearing. His vision was blurred from the tears that still lingered in his eyes
but he could still see the sillouett of his matesprit, standing by the river and looking out.
"Tavros?" he called in a questioning tone. The shadow turned just as the sun appeared behind a group of pine trees, casting a ray of
sunshine on his face, revelaing that shy smile that was Tavros.
"I was, uh, hoping you would come find me," he whispered, his smile widening. He opened his arms, gesturing for Gamzee to come to him.
He baried his face in Tav's shoulder. "I swear to gog that wasn't what it looked like."
